About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Production Operator with a strong background in food manufacturing to join our Heidelberg West team. This is an opportunity to bring your skills to a quality-focused environment where food safety, teamwork and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

What Your Day Looks Like

n

n
- Follow direction from the Production Manager and Team Lead to deliver production targets on time
n
- Operating and monitoring production equipment to meet safety, quality, and output targets
n
- Following GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards at all times
n
- Completing batch documentation and production records accurately
n
- Performing basic calculations for batching, measurements, and production requirements
n
- Performing basic troubleshooting and equipment checks to keep production running smoothly
n
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
n




- Working closely with the team to deliver on daily production plans
n
- Identifying, supporting and participating in continuous improvement opportunities
n

The Ingredients for Success

n

n
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or food production environments (highly desirable)
n
- Robust understanding of GMP, HACCP, and quality standards
n
- Basic maths skills, with the ability to perform accurate calculations and measurements
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
n
- Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
n
- Physically fit and able to roll up their sleeves and perform manual tasks (including lifting up to 15kg)
n
- Forklift license (highly desirable)
