About the Role

n

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of established clients, delivering tailored workforce solutions to meet their operational needs. This is a relationship-focused role that combines recruitment, client management, workforce coordination and business development.

n

Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships while sourcing, onboarding and managing a workforce of across multiple client sites.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Source, interview and onboard candidates through recruitment and induction processes
n
- Manage employee performance, training and ongoing support
n
- Attend client meetings and act as a trusted recruitment partner
n
- Build, maintain and grow a recruitment desk
n
- Develop strong relationships with clients, candidates and key stakeholders
n
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies and legislative requirements
n
- Champion a strong safety culture through proactive safety initiatives and best practice workforce management
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and recruitment outcomes
n

About You

Previous experience in recruitment, workforce management, customer service or account management will be highly regarded, although individuals with transferable skills and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
