Hakka Foods is looking for motivated Process Workers to join our production team, working full-time hours on a casual basis. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Operating food production and processing equipment
n
- Monitoring production lines to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met
n
- Conducting quality checks and reporting any issues
n
- Following food safety, quality, and workplace health & safety procedures
n
- Packing, labelling, and handling finished products
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
- Assisting with stock control and inventory activities
n
- Identifying and reporting equipment or process issues
n




- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
n
- Completing production paperwork and records accurately
n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments highly regarded
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
n
- Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
n
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
n
- Comfortable working in hot and/or cold environments
n
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg
n
- Flexibility to work across different shifts when required
n
