Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Parts Interpreter team at Cricks Highway, a leading automotive dealership located in Slacks Creek, Queensland. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our parts department by ensuring our customers receive the right parts and accessories for their vehicles. This full-time position is an excellent chance to develop your skills and expertise in the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

n

Provide exceptional customer service by accurately identifying and sourcing the required parts and accessories for customers' vehicles

n

Process customer orders and liaise with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts

n

Maintain an organised and well-stocked parts inventory to meet customer demands

n

Assist with general parts department duties, such as receiving and stocking deliveries

n

Proactively identify opportunities to improve parts department efficiency and processes

n

Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge

n

Relevant experience in a parts interpretation or customer service role within the automotive industry

n

Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify and source the correct parts

n





Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

n

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order processing and inventory management

n

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on additional tasks as required
