With a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service, we continue to grow and are looking for a motivated Stores Coordinator to join our team at our Beresfield workshop.

About the Role

n

We are seeking an organised and proactive Stores Coordinator to manage our workshop stores, inventory and logistics. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in ensuring our field crews and workshop have the right materials and equipment available when required.

n

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the stores, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the efficient operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

n

Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries.

n

Pick, pack and dispatch materials for projects and maintenance works.

n

Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock records.

n

Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts.

n

Order consumables and replenish stock as required.

n

Coordinate freight and transport for incoming and outgoing goods.

n

Maintain a clean, organised and safe stores environment.

n





Assist with workshop equipment and asset management.

n

Liaise with suppliers, workshop personnel and project teams.

n

Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely.

n

About You

n

The successful applicant will have:

n

Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or inventory role.

n

Strong organisational and time management skills.

n

Good computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems.

n

Current forklift licence (essential).

n

Current driver's licence.

n

High attention to detail.

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

n

Commitment to workplace safety.

n

Experience within mining, construction or heavy industry.

n

Experience with procurement or purchasing.

n

HR driver's licence (advantageous).

n
