We are seeking a Change Manager who will drive structured change management practices to assess impacts, build strong stakeholder engagement, and support impacted groups through operational transitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the change management strategy and plan for the project, aligning with broader business objectives
n
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify affected groups and tailor engagement accordingly
n
- Lead the development of communications collateral including FAQs, newsletter articles, fact sheets, presentations, senior leader messages, and videos
n
- Execute the change and communications strategy to keep internal and external audiences informed of progress and impacts
n




- Identify training needs and coordinate learning/adoption support for impacted staff
n
- Assess change readiness and track adoption metrics, escalating risks or resistance to project leadership
n
- Plan and deliver key events, including project showcases, roundtables, and consultation forums with external stakeholders
n

Essential Skills and Experience

n

n
- Demonstrated experience applying a structured change management methodology
n
- Strategic communication and stakeholder management experience, especially in rapid-paced, complex environments
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to translate complex/technical change into plain-language messaging
n
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise competing requests, often against tight timeframes
n
- Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments
n
- Government sector experience (desirable, not essential)
