Job Description

We're partnering with a well-established, privately owned transport logistics business in Melbourne's western suburbs to recruit an experienced Financial Controller. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands‐on role leading the finance function and supporting the business's day‐to‐day financial operations.

You'll lead a small finance team and take ownership of financial reporting, cash flow, payroll oversight, taxation compliance, month‐end processes and financial controls across multiple entities.

We're looking for someone who has:

n

n
- CPA or CA qualification
n
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager
n
- Experience leading a small finance team
n
- Strong multi-entity accounting experience
n




- Hands‐on knowledge of payroll, BAS, IAS and statutory compliance
n
- Excellent cash flow management and financial reporting skills
n
- Experience in transport logistics or field services business is essential
n
