We are looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team.

n

This is primarily an on-the-road position completing pool services, technical callouts, equipment installations and repairs. You will also assist with workshop repairs, customer quotes and training other technicians.

The role is wide-ranging, with a mixture of regular pool servicing and more technical work.

We are looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team.

n

This is primarily an on-the-road position completing pool services, technical callouts, equipment installations and repairs. You will also assist with workshop repairs, customer quotes and training other technicians.

The role is varied, with a mixture of regular pool servicing and more technical work.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Complete regular pool cleaning and maintenance services.
n
- Test and balance pool water.
n
- Diagnose pool and equipment problems.
n
- Complete technical callouts and Equipment Health Checks.
n




- Install and replace pumps, filters, chlorinators, cleaners and other equipment.
n
- Complete basic pool plumbing and equipment repairs.
n
- Prepare customer quotes and explain repair or replacement options.
n
- Occasionally diagnose and repair equipment in our workshop.
n
- Support and train less-experienced technicians.
n
- Record clear job notes, photos and reports through ServiceM8.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience as a Pool Service Technician.
n
- Good understanding of pool servicing and water chemistry.
n
- Able to diagnose common pool equipment problems.
n
- Experience installing or repairing pool equipment.
n
- Confident communicating with customers.
n
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
n
- Current Australian driver's licence.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
- Physically capable of handling pool equipment and chemicals.
n

n

Experience with equipment repairs, quoting, plumbing, electrical work or training technicians will be highly regarded but is not essential.

n
