The Opportunity

n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead thedelivery of high-profile strategic initiatives and transformationprograms across Rheem Australia.

n

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will beresponsible for driving complex, enterprise-wide projects that spanmultiple functions including Manufacturing, Operations, SupplyChain, R&D;, Sales, Marketing and HR.

n

Acting as the central point of integration, you will alignstakeholders, manage governance, oversee delivery and ensurestrategic objectives are translated into measurable businessoutcomes.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the successful delivery of enterprise transformation,operational excellence and strategic business initiatives.
n
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps,milestones and delivery frameworks.
n
- Drive alignment across Operations, Manufacturing, SupplyChain, R&D;, Commercial and Corporate functions.
n
- Establish governance structures and maintainexecutive-level reporting and program dashboards.
n
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, business cases andfinancial performance.
n
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies andcritical path activities.
n
- Facilitate Steering Committees, governance forums andexecutive decision-making processes.
n
- Drive accountability and performance across multipleproject streams and stakeholder groups.
n
- Lead organisational readiness, change management andbusiness adoption activities.
n
- Embed best-practice program management, project governanceand continuous improvement methodologies.

About You

n

You are a commercially astute and delivery-focused SeniorProject Manager, Program Manager or Transformation Leader with aproven track record of delivering complex initiatives within large,multifaceted organisations.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Degree qualifications in Business, Engineering, ProjectManagement or a related discipline.
n
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation,business integration or strategic delivery programs.
n
- Strong experience within complex, matrixed environmentsinvolving multiple stakeholder groups.
n
- Demonstrated success delivering projects across the fullprogram lifecycle, from strategy through execution.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management,



executive engagementand influencing skills.
n
- Strong commercial, financial, analytical and strategicplanning capability.
n
- Experience managing governance, risks, dependencies,budgets and business outcomes.
n
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills,including board and executive reporting.
n
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problemsand maintain delivery momentum.
n
- A collaborative leadership style with a robust focus onaccountability, execution and results.
n
- Demonstrated experience in Project Portfolio Management(PPM), including portfolio governance, prioritisation, resourceplanning, benefits realisation and investment oversight.
n
- Advanced proficiency with Project Portfolio Managementplatforms, particularly Clarity PPM, including portfolioreporting, roadmap management, financial tracking and executivedashboards.
n
- Experience establishing and embedding PMO, portfoliogovernance and project delivery frameworks within complexorganisations.
n
- Formal project or program management qualifications such asPMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP or equivalent.
n
- Experience leading enterprise transformation, businessintegration, operational excellence or strategic changeprograms.
n
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, supplychain, FMCG or operational environments.
n
- Strong understanding of portfolio reporting, capitalinvestment governance, business case development and stage-gatedelivery methodologies.
n
- Experience leveraging project management and collaborationtools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project, Jira, Power BI and Agiledelivery frameworks.
n
- Demonstrated success presenting portfolio performance,project health, risks and investment recommendations toExecutive Leadership Teams, Steering Committees and governanceforums.
n
