Administration & Colour Selections Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, organized and proactive Administration & Colour Selections Coordinator to join our growing team.

n

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys administration, working with customers, coordinating details and helping clients make colour, finish and product selections. You will be an important part of our day-to-day operations, supporting both our customers and internal team to keep projects organized and moving forward.

About the role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Providing general administrative support to the team
n
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
n
- Managing emails, appointments, documents and project information
n
- Coordinating client colour and product selection appointments
n
- Assisting customers with colors, finishes, fixtures and material selections
n
- Preparing and updating colour selection schedules and documentation
n
- Communicating selections and changes to clients, suppliers and the internal team
n
- Ordering samples and following up with suppliers
n
- Maintaining accurate customer and project records
n
- Data entry, filing and document management
n
- Assisting with quotes, purchase orders and invoices where required
n
- Keeping the showroom,



sample library or selection area organized and up to date
n
- Supporting the wider team with general office and project coordination tasks
n

About you

n

You will be a great fit for this role if you are:

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
n
- Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with customers
n
- Able to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time
n
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
n
- A clear communicator with good written and verbal skills
n
- Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
n
- Interested in colors, finishes, interiors, design or construction
n
- Reliable, positive and willing to help across different areas of the business
n

n

Experience in administration, customer service, colour selections, interior design, construction, building, cabinetry or a showroom environment would be highly regarded.
