WhatYou'llBe Doing

n

You'llmanage branch operations, lead your team, and oversee day-to-day vehiclelogisticsand customer delivery, including:

n

- Coordinating the preparation, delivery, return, and maintenance of Compass vehicles
n
- Managing daily workflows and supporting your team's performance
n
- Providing hands‐on support to ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for delivery
n




- Leading by example in customer service and issue resolution
n
- Completing branch reports and documentation accurately and on time
n
- Conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring all vehicles meet Compass standards
n
- Collaborating with the Senior Branch Manager toidentifyopportunities for improvement
n
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and cleanliness across the branch
n

WhatYou'llBring

n

n
- 2+ years in a face-to-face customer service role
n
- Previousexperience managing or leading a small team (preferred)
n
- Robust communication,logistics, and problem‐solving skills
n
- High levelof computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
n
- Strong administration and time management ability
n
- Experience in the rental, fleet, or vehicle industry (advantageous)
n
- Understandingoflogisticsin the motor trade, smash repair, or dealerships (ideal but not essential)
n
