Lead The Charge

n

This isn't a management role where you'll spend your day hidden away in an office.

n

We're looking for a hands-on leader who loves being on the shop floor, working

n

alongside their crew, supporting customers and driving results. You'll take ownership of

n

our 12V and Refrigeration categories while helping deliver outstanding store

n

performance through strong leadership, coaching and sales expertise.

- You'll be responsible for:
n
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales crew
n
- Driving sales growth across our 12V and Refrigeration categories
n
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
n




- Leading from the front and setting the standard on the sales floor
n
- Supporting customers with expert product advice and solutions
n
- Analysing sales performance and identifying growth opportunities
n
- You're au fait with utilising social media to drive increased foot traffic
n
- Working closely with store leadership to deliver strong commercial outcomes
n
- Building a customer experience that keeps people coming back
n
- Creating a culture focused on accountability, teamwork and results
n
- Success in this role is all about driving sales, revenue and Like for Like growth, developing your crew and turning opportunities into results.
n
- You're a hard core 4WD enthusiast and you know the great Aussie outdoors from experience
n
- You consistently achieve volume sales based on Like for Like growth
n
- You have "a bit of the mongrel in you" to drive retail sales and outstanding customer service
n
- You enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing people
n
- You bring energy, positivity and a strong work ethic every day
n
- You understand how to drive conversion, attachments and average transaction value and sales per hour
n
- You have experience or a genuine interest in 12V, automotive, camping or outdoor products
n
