Gladstone Flooring Xtra is seeking an experienced Full Time Sales Consultant for our busy showroom in Central QLD.

Tasks & responsibilities

n

As a Salesperson at Gladstone Flooring Xtra, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our extensive range of flooring/blind products, and driving sales growth

n

In-House/On site Measuring and consulting: Conducting measurements on site and accurately assessing the flooring and blind requirements for installation

n

Confidence and ability to build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions

n

Showroom presence in our showroom, maintaining a welcoming and well-presented environment, and ensuring products are attractively displayed

n

Requirements

n

Experience in the flooring/blind industry an advantage but not necessary as training is provided.

n

Proven track record in sales,



demonstrating exceptional conversational and selling skills

n

Confidence and ability to build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions

n

Confidence with Microsoft office programs a must (full training provided on our internal software)

n

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

n
