Your Mission

n

You're the final checkpoint before every order reaches a customer.

n

Every order you inspect.

n

Every parcel you pack.

n

Every improvement you make.

n

Protects our reputation.

n





You'll own the final stage of production and make sure every customer receives exactly what they ordered, accurately, on time and to the highest standard.

n

What You'll Actually Do

n

You'll:

n

n
- Perform final quality inspections.
n
- Pack and dispatch customer orders.
n
- Prepare replacement and make-up orders.
n
- Manage courier bookings.
n
- Monitor packaging and dispatch stock.
n
- Identify quality issues before customers do.
n
- Improve systems and workflows.
n
- Work closely with our Production, Graphics and Customer Happiness Teams.
n

What Success Looks Like

n

Within your first month you'll understand our products, quality standards and dispatch systems.

n

Within three months you'll confidently manage dispatch while helping improve quality and efficiency.
