A leading international manufacturer is currently seeking an experiencedMaintenance Fitter to join their team at a state-of-the‐art facility located in Bankstown. This is a full‐time, day or afternoonshift position runningMonday to Friday.

The Role As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- As a Maintenance Fitter you will carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on mechanical equipment
n
- This Maintenance Fitter you will carry out fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of machinery
n
- As the Maintenance Fitter you will carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment
n
- This Maintenance Fitter will maintain accurate maintenance records
n
- The Maintenance Fitter will ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
n
n
About You
n
n
- Trade qualified Fitter (Mechanical Fitter or Fitter & Turner)
n
- Previous experience in a manufacturing workplace
n
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
n
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
n
n
