About the Role

n

We are looking for a enthusiastic and reliable Dental Assistant to join our clinic on a casual basis for 3-4 days per week.

n

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Chairside dental assisting across general, preventative, and restorative procedures
n




- Patient care and comforting patients throughout their appointments
n
- Preparing, sterilising, and maintaining clinical equipment and treatment rooms
n
- Maintaining strict infection control and hygiene standards
n
- Assisting with receptionist duties or appointment management when required
n
- Working collaboratively with our dentists, hygienists, and front-desk team
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Experience: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred (Certificate III in Dental Assisting is a bonus, but relevant clinical experience is highly regarded).
n
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
n
- People Skills: A warm, empathetic demeanor with excellent patient communication.
n
- Team Player: A positive, "can-do" attitude and eagerness to help out wherever needed.
n
- Infection Control: Strong understanding of Australian dental sterilisation and safety standards.
