At Confeeki Care, we believe exceptional support starts with exceptional people. We pride ourselves on building genuine relationships with the people we support, their families and our team while creating a workplace where people feel trusted, supported and empowered to grow.
n
As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Disability Services Team Leader who wants to make a genuine impact both on shift and behind the scenes.

About the Role
n
This is a unique prospect to combine hands-on disability support with leadership and coordination responsibilities.
n
As a Disability Services Team Leader, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of supports for your allocated participants while continuing to provide direct support as part of your weekly roster.

This is not a business management role. You'll work closely alongside the Directors, ensuring the day-to-day delivery of supports runs smoothly while leading your team, supporting staff, communicating with families and maintaining high service standards.

The Directors remain responsible for compliance, employment matters, finance and strategic decision-making. Your role is to own the day-to-day operations of your allocated participants' supports and ensure everything runs as it should.
n
This is a full-time salaried position (38 hours per week), combining leadership, administration and direct support.
n
Additional support shifts outside your contracted roster are completely optional and paid separately at the applicable casual SCHADS Award rates.
n

n
- Ensure participant homes remain organised, safe and operating effectively.
n
- Coach and mentor staff to deliver high-quality supports.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
n
- Work collaboratively with the Directors to continually improve participant outcomes.

n
What Matters Most
n
At Confeeki Care, qualifications and experience are important, but they're not the only thing we're looking for.

n
- Has a positive attitude.
n
- Communicates honestly.
n
