About the role
n
As a Digital, Data & AI Intern, you'll be part of a team transforming how customers and colleagues experience banking.
n
Our DD&AI; teams sit at the heart of NAB's transformation, bringing together digital, design, data, onboarding and AI capabilities to create simpler, smarter and more personalised experiences.
n
Whether you're interested in digital products, design, data analytics or emerging AI technologies, you'll gain exposure to meaningful work that delivers real impact.

What you'll do:

- Contribute to initiatives that improve digital customer and colleague experiences
n
- Support analysis of customer needs, data and insights to inform decision‐making
n
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams across design, data, product and technology
n
- Help identify opportunities to enhance products, processes and user journeys
n
- Build your analytical, problem‐solving and communication skills
n
- Gain exposure to digital innovation, data‐driven insights and AI applications
n

- Location: Melbourne
n
- Australian or Current Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
n
- In your second‐last year of study (undergraduate or postgraduate)
n
- Degree completion by December 2027
n
- Be available to commence full‐time employment from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027
