Dick Stone Pty Ltd is one of Australia's leading wholesale meat suppliers, servicing customers across Sydney and surrounding regions. We are currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused and customer-oriented Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our transport team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering meat and food products to customers while ensuring product quality, food safety compliance and exceptional customer service.

n

About the Role

n

As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to customers across your designated route. You will play a critical role in maintaining product integrity, customer satisfaction and ensuring our vehicles and operations remain compliant with transport, food safety and safety requirements.

n

This role involves early morning starts, physical work, customer interaction and operating refrigerated delivery vehicles.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Delivery & Customer Service

n

n
- Deliver orders accurately and on time to customers
n
- Load and unload products safely while maintaining cold-chain requirements
n
- Complete delivery documentation and Proof of Delivery records accurately
n
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
n
- Represent Dick Stone positively at all customer locations
n

n

Vehicle Operation & Safety

n

n
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects
n
- Operate company vehicles safely and lawfully
n
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards
n
- Monitor refrigeration performance and report any issues immediately
n
- Ensure loads are secured and company assets protected
n

n

Compliance & Food Safety

n

n
- Follow all road transport laws and company driving standards
n




- Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
n
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene and product handling procedures
n
- Report hazards, incidents, vehicle damage and customer concerns promptly
n
- Participate in safety training, toolbox talks and compliance activities
n

What We're Looking For

n

Essential

n

n
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Previous multi-drop delivery driving experience
n
- Strong commitment to safe driving and workplace safety
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Reliable, punctual and organised
n
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
n

n

Desirable

n

n
- LR, MR or HR Licence
n
- Forklift Licence
n
- Experience in food distribution, transport or refrigerated delivery environments
n
- Experience working within warehouse or logistics operations
n

n

Physical Requirements

This role involves:

- Repetitive lifting and manual handling

- Working in refrigerated and cold environments

- Early morning starts
n
- Loading and unloading products throughout the day

- Driving in metropolitan and regional areas
