The role You'll support our installers on solar (and related roof works) across Newcastle/NSW:

Rails, panels, roof work, safe roof access, site setup/pack down





n

Work alongside electricians and leading hands to hit quality + time targets

n

Keep sites tidy, safe, and customer-ready

n

What we're looking for

n

Solar / roofing / labouring experience (any is considered)

n

Minimum 1 year of solar, roofing, or labouring experience required

n

Confident with power tools, reliable, team-first

n

White Card + driver's licence

n

Full unrestricted driver's licence required

n

Working at Heights (preferred, or willing to obtain ASAP)

n

Overtime/penalties available (great for weekly take-home)

n

Long-term role with a national brand and a consistent pipeline of work

n

Training and a real pathway to leadership for the right person
