About My GuardianMy Guardian is a leading Aged and Disability Care provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality home care services. We are passionate about empowering our clients to live independently with dignity and respect. As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and self-driven Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and existing Aged Care and NDIS participants.

What your day-to-day will look like

- Empower Daily Living: Conduct comprehensive assessments of functional abilities, cognition, and home environments to help clients live life to the fullest.
n
- Design Real Solutions: Recommend and prescribe assistive technologies and home modifications that make a lasting difference.
n
- Deliver Personalised Care: Create individualised intervention plans that support skill development, sensory processing, and mental health.
n
- Collaborate & Share the Load: Work alongside a warm, expanding team of Physios, Nurses, and Support Staff where your expertise is genuinely valued.
n
- Maintain Excellence: Keep accurate, compliant clinical documentation to ensure the highest standard of safe and effective care.

What you'll bring to the team

n

You are compassionate,



analytical, and love seeing your clients reach their independence goals. On paper, you'll have:

n

n
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
n
- Current AHPRA registration.
n
- Valid Driver's Licence (for community-based visits).
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to break down complex physical or cognitive situations into practical, tailored interventions.
n
- No experience required - fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
