We're looking for a commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our high-performing Finance team.

You'll play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and commercial analysis across a large and growing national organisation.

About the Role:

n

As our Financial Analyst, you'll work closely with our FP&A; Manager and Finance team to deliver accurate reporting, commercial insights and financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the business.

n

You'll partner with leaders across the organisation, contribute to major planning cycles and help shape the financial direction of the business.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

Deliver meaningful financial insights that help leaders understand business performance and make informed decisions.

n

Partner with teams across the business to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

n

Monitor financial results, identify trends and opportunities and provide commercially focused recommendations.

n

Produce regular management reporting and contribute to executive and Board reporting packs.

n

Support the month-end reporting cycle, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and reliable.

n

Assist with statutory reporting obligations and maintain compliance with relevant reporting requirements.

n

Track capital expenditure and cash flow,



providing visibility over investment performance and project spend.

n

Prepare financial models, dashboards and presentations that communicate key business metrics.

n

Collaborate with operational stakeholders to provide financial support, analysis and performance insights.

n

About you:

n

You'll be an analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems, working with data and collaborating with people across the business.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

2-3 years' experience in a Financial Analyst, FP&A;, or similar finance role.

n

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

n

Demonstrated experience using large ERP systems is essential.

n

Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

n

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a passion for working with data.

n

Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

n

The ability to confidently communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

n

CPA or CA qualification (or currently working towards) is highly regarded.

n
