Position: AI-First CRO Copywriter

Compensation: AED 18,000 - AED 22,000 per month + 10% Performance Bonus (Tax-Free)

Total Annual Package: Up to AED 308,700 (Tax-Free)

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) with relocation assistance and visa support

What You'll Need:

n

- 3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion-focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results.
n
- At least 1 year of hands‐on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content.
n
- Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis.
n
- Proficiency in prompt engineering: An ability to guide AI to produce on‐brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals.
n
- An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies.
n
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
n
- Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring AI-generated content meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand voice.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting quickly to new tools and processes.

- Deliver at least ONE validated A/B test winner on a key landing page or funnel step that achieves a statistically significant uplift in Revenue Per Visitor (RPV) or Add-to-Cart Rate.
