n Our client is a large accounting firm located in Melbourne CBD. Due tocontinuedgrowth, they are seekinga highly skilled Business Services Manager to complement their high-performing practice.

Whether you are coming from a Big 4, mid-tier or smaller practice, there is a great opportunity for you to work in a high-performing practice, with a small firm feel and excellent culture. Clients in this firm vary and can range from small to medium-sized businesses through to large groups with over $800million + annual turnover.

This is a particularly excellent role for any Business Services Supervisors or Managers who are unable to advance their career further in their current firm.

As an established quality boutique practice that offers an opportunity to become the second in charge within the team and work closely with a Partner.

n

Responsibilities

n

Managing a portfolio of clients, including HNWI's, trusts, partnerships and companie,s including various family groups

n





Preparation and review of complex financial statements

n

Reviewing tax and FBT returns and identifying non-compliance issues from them

n

Manage, delegate, and develop junior staff

n

Providing complex business advisory services

n

Review of job and year end tax planning advice for clients

n

Requirements

n

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

n

Commercial, professional and ability to work in a high performing environment

n

5 years + experience working within a boutique, Big 4 and or Mid-Tier accounting firm in Australia

n

Experience in managing and leading junior team members

n

Flexibility – genuinely flexible working and hybrid working (3/2 model)

n

Profit Share/Equity options in near future

n

Development programs – with a combination of technical and soft skills training

n
