Job Description

MP Recruitment client in Wodonga is seeking an experienced People & Culture HR Manager to lead and elevate the local team in a 24/7 manufacturing workplace.

Partner with senior leaders to deliver expert HR and IR advice, drive performance, engagement, and compliance across the site, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and safety initiatives. This hands-on, pragmatic leader will shape culture and ensure adherence to enterprise agreements.
