Your Mission
n
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the Finance Manager and wider business through efficient bookkeeping, financial administration and office support.
n
You will work closely with our teams in Australia and France, assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reconciliations and general administrative support.
n

Key Responsibilities
n

- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes including invoice processing, payments, banking and debt collection.
n
- Assist with bank, credit card and cash reconciliations.
n
- Reconcile supplier invoices against open purchase orders, and run the monthly review and closing of completed POs (e.g. in Cin7).
n
- Support COGS tracking and the month-end closing process.
n
- Support the preparation of the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) and budget variance reporting.
n
- Maintain accurate financial records and company systems.
n
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
n
- Assist the Finance Manager with HR administration, including incentive calculations and communication with payroll providers.

About You
n
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping, accounts or finance administration role.
n
- Sound understanding of accounting principles.
n
- Experience with accounting software (Xero highly regarded).
n
- Exposure to purchase order / COGS reconciliation and month-end close; familiarity with an inventory system (e.g. Cin7) is an advantage.
n
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
n
- Fluency in French would be highly regarded due to collaboration with our team in France.
