About the role
n
This is a 12–24 month fixed-term position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
n
You'll lead a close-knit team of Support Coordinators, providing mentoring, coaching and day-to-day operational leadership while maintaining your own predominantly Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination caseload.
n
Working closely with the CEO, you'll play an important role in strengthening our service delivery, supporting staff to thrive,
and ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred support.
n
You'll help participants navigate complex systems, build sustainable support networks, reduce risks, coordinate services and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
n
About you
n
You'll bring:
n
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
n
Strong knowledge of the NDIS, mainstream and community service systems
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Exceptional organisational and documentation skills
n
Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, crisis response, interagency collaboration and navigating mainstream service systems.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, Nursing (Mental Health), Human Services, Counselling, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
n
Confidence managing complex participant situations and competing priorities
n
A commitment to person-centred, human rights-based practice
n
You'll also hold (or be willing to obtain):

NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working with Children Check
n
Current First Aid Certificate
n
Current Australian Driver Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
n
