Lead/ Director - Technology, Cyber & Operational Risk

Join a specialist advisory practice working with senior executives and boards on complex technology, cyber, operational resilience and non-financial risk challenges.

n

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced risk advisory professional who can combine deep technical expertise with commercial thinking, client leadership and practice growth.

n

You will lead major risk transformation engagements, advise CROs, CISOs and CIOs, and help clients strengthen their control environments while supporting digital growth.

- Lead complex technology, cyber, operational resilience and non-financial risk advisory engagements.
n
- Design integrated risk, governance and control frameworks across technology, cyber and operational environments.
n
- Advise executive teams and boards on regulatory obligations, emerging risks and transformation priorities.
n
- Drive controls modernisation through automation, continuous monitoring and data-led assurance.
n
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify recent advisory opportunities.
n
- Lead proposals, tenders and strategic client pitches.
n
- Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring quality,



profitability and strong client outcomes.
n
- Mentor and develop high-performing multidisciplinary risk teams.
n
- Contribute to market insights across AI governance, cloud resilience and emerging technology risk.

About You

n

You will bring 10+ years of experience across technology risk, cyber security, operational risk, non-financial risk or related consulting.

n

You will also have:

n

n
- Strong experience advising senior executives and boards.
n
- A track record of leading major risk transformation programs.
n
- Deep knowledge of frameworks including CPS 230, CPS 234, ISO 27001, NIST or COBIT.
n
- The ability to translate complex technical risks into clear business and commercial outcomes.
n
- Strong commercial acumen, including revenue generation, client development and project financial management.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, with certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM or CISSP highly regarded.
n
