Who Are We? MICM has been a leader in Melbourne's inner-city apartment market for over 30 years. We manage a large portfolio of residential buildings and pride ourselves on delivering premium service to our residents and clients. As part of our on-site Concierge team, you'll be the face of the building - providing a welcoming and professional experience every day.

What You'll Do

- Greet residents, visitors and contractors with a professional and friendly approach
n
- Assist with resident requests and general enquiries
n
- Monitor building access and maintain security protocols
n
- Coordinate deliveries and manage mail and parcel systems
n
- Report maintenance issues or building concerns promptly
n
- Support building management and contribute to a positive, safe community
n

Please note: This is a permanent position (37.5 hours per week) working the night shift (11:00pm-07:00amor10:00pm-06:00am)on a fixed roster.

What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for helping people and creating a great first impression
n
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or front-of-house roles
n




- Well-presented, punctual and professional
n
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
n
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including some weekends or evenings
n
- A team player who takes pride in their work
n

Bonus if you have experience in property, concierge, security or administration - but not essential!

The Concierge team work a variety of shifts across a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. When applying, please specify your availability.
