Job Description

Xero is seeking a Staff Data Scientist in the Product Data Science & Engineering team to own end-to-end roadmaps for a product domain, partnering with Product, Engineering and Design to frame problems, define success metrics and drive experimentation from discovery through decision and iteration.

You will mentor data scientists, build reusable analytical assets, shape measurement strategy for AI-driven analytics, and influence senior stakeholders on complex problems.
