Job Description

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established regional territory based in Coffs Harbour.

n

Your patch covers:
n Coffs Harbour
n South to Macksville
n North to Yamba
n Inland to Dorrigo

n

This is a hands‐on, on‐the‐road sales role where you'll manage existing accounts while actively growing new business.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage and grow an established customer base
n
- Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, and trade customers
n
- Identify and win new business through proactive sales activity
n
- Conduct regular face‐to‐face visits and cold calls
n




- Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close salesMonitor competitor activity and uncover growth opportunities
n
- Support the branch when required
n

Qualifications

n

- A confident communicator who enjoys being out on the road
n
- Strong at building relationships and delivering great customer service
n
- Sales‐driven and proactive, comfortable with cold calling
n
- Self‐motivated and resilient, particularly in a regional territory
n
- A team player who is happy to pitch in when needed
n

What You Bring

- Experience in sales, account management, or customer‐facing roles
n
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
n
- Automotive or trade industry exposure (highly regarded, not essential)
n
