Employment: Full-time, permanent

Remuneration: A$165,000–A$185,000 base per annum, plus 12% superannuation and performance incentives

Melbourne Business School Executive Education is growing, having delivered more than 25% growth last year, with ambitious plans for continued expansion across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

n

We are seeking a Principal Consultant to lead the performance and strategic direction of a sector-focused Executive Education portfolio. The Principal Consultant acts as senior solution architect and custodian of learning quality, shaping complex client solutions, stewarding strategic relationships and ensuring portfolio growth aligns with MBS strategy, standards and commercial expectations.

Working across Financial and Professional Services, Industrials or the Public Sector—including health and education—the successful candidate will:

- Lead portfolio growth, performance and strategic positioning
n
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
n
- Lead client-needs discovery and the design of complex learning architectures
n
- Partner with faculty and facilitators to create custom learning solutions
n
- Advise senior clients on capability development and learning pathways
n
- Lead and develop Associate Principals and other portfolio colleagues
n
- Drive product development, innovation and commercial performance.
n

Candidates will bring extensive experience in consulting and learning design, including the development and delivery of enterprise-level learning solutions. Robust client advisory capability, experience growing portfolios or major accounts, high commercial and financial literacy, and a collaborative leadership style are essential.
