n Reports to: Eldership of Penrith Church of Christ
n Employment Type: Negotiable – 3 to 5 days per week

n accountability, and a commitment to New Testament simplicity. As we continue to grow and
n prepare for an exciting future—including plans for a permanent church home—we are
n seeking a pastor who can help guide, shepherd, and strengthen our community.

n Role Purpose
n The Pastor of Penrith Church of Christ provides spiritual, pastoral, and organisational
n leadership to the congregation. This role focuses on:
n • Leading the spiritual life and teaching ministry of the church
n • Shepherding and caring for the congregation
n • Supporting and developing ministry leaders and volunteers
n • Strengthening community engagement and outreach
n • In collaboration with Elders ensuring healthy governance, compliance, and
n operational stewardship
n • Cultivating a culture of authenticity, discipleship, and relational connection
