Senior Change Manager | Enterprise Transformation | Immediate Start
n We're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a critical transformation program within the health sector.
n This is a hands‐on contract prospect where you'll lead the end‐to‐end change management workstream for the implementation of a new Clinical & Care Governance platform. Working closely with business and project stakeholders, you'll drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption across a large, enterprise‐wide initiative.

About the Program

- Implementation of a new Clinical & Care Governance system.
n
- Migration of approximately 10,000 users to the new platform.
n
- Development of interfaces between key business systems.
n
- Supporting business readiness, adoption and transition activities.
n
- Decommissioning of legacy systems.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead all change management activities across the program.
n
- Develop and execute change management, communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
n
- Create high-quality change collateral, including communications,



presentations and training materials.
n
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and business readiness activities.
n
- Support user adoption and organisational change throughout implementation.
n
- Identify and manage change risks and issues.Work collaboratively with program and business stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
n

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager on enterprise transformation programs.
n
- A hands‐on approach to delivering organisational change.
n
- Previous experience supporting M&A; or business integration initiatives.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Experience developing change collateral, communications and training material.
n
- Health or aged care sector experience will be highly regarded.
n
