Mocka is a design led, on trend furniture brand, making great design accessible to everyone, without ever compromising on quality or style. Founded in 2007 as an online nursery brand, we've grown into a trusted name for every room and life stage. As we continue building our physical retail presence in Australia, we're seeking enthusiastic, customer focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our Mornington store on a part time and casual basis, helping deliver an exceptional in store experience from day one.

How you will add value:

n

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that brings the Mocka customer experience to life instore

n

Support customers with product advice, styling ideas, and furniture assembly guidance

n

Help drive sales and contribute to the store's commercial performance

n

Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards on the shop floor

n

Assist with stock handling, unpacking, and inventory management

n

Work as part of a new team helping to set the tone for how Mocka shows up instore

n

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations

n

About You:

n

Previous retail or customer service experience is ideal but not essential

n





Willing to become an expert in furniture assembly, styling, and product knowledge

n

A team player who's comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment

n

Available across a mix of shifts, including weekends

n

Excited to be part of a brand new store and help shape a great customer experience
