MACHINE OPERATOR - DAY SHIFT
n Mount Kuring-gai | Manufacturing | Temp to Perm Opportunity
n AUSTCORP is seeking an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Mount Kuring-gai for an immediate start.
n This role will see you responsible for operating blending and mixing equipment, monitoring production processes, completing quality checks, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently to specification.
n This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
n To Be Considered, You Will Have:

n

n
- Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment
n
- Experience with blending and mixing of raw materials or ingredients
n
- Ability to follow production schedules, batch sheets, and work instructions accurately
n




- Experience conducting quality checks and recording production data
n
- Strong understanding of GMP, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures (highly regarded)
n
- Ability to identify and report equipment or product issues
n
- Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
n
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
n
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
n
