Discovery Parks Wilpena Pound Resort in South Australia is seeking an experienced Chef to lead a busy commercial kitchen. You will manage breakfast and dinner shifts, provide à la carte dining, breakfast buffet, and function catering for guests, while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Successful applicants will have formal trade qualifications, HACCP experience, and robust cost-control skills, with the ability to train staff and work both autonomously and in a team.
