With a stable pipeline of work, strong financial backing and a collaborative team culture, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to play a key role in securing and delivering future projects.

THE ROLE

n

n
- Prepare accurate first-principles estimates and competitive tenders. Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
n
- Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing.
n
- Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks.
n
- Prepare tender submissions and supporting documentation.
n
- Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
n
- Build solid relationships with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
n

YOU

n

n
- Previous experience as an Estimator within commercial construction.
n
- Strong understanding of estimating methodology, procurement and construction costs.
n
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
n
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and commercial skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
n
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
