Sydney's Number One Toyota dealership, Castle Hill Toyota, is looking for a Automotive Service Advisor.

There is no selling required in this position. The ideal applicant will have previous Customer Service experience.

n

In your role as a Automotive Service Advisor you will be 100% focused on managing your Customers experience whilst their vehicle is in our care. Your Customer centric nature will ensure you deliver the ultimate Customer Experience to each and every Customer.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

n

- Greeting guests to the service department
n
- Obtaining accurate parts and labour prices
n
- Preparing invoices and closing repair orders
n
- Ability to work effectively within a team workplace.
n




- Communicating vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
n
- Current driving licence.
n
- Previous experience in a similar role.
n

About You

n

Experience in a similar role or automotive background preferred

n

Outstanding guestservice and presentation skills

n

Ability to work under with others

n
