Job Description

Macpac South Wharf DFO is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a agile, high-volume team in Melbourne. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, service and retail excellence while delivering on KPIs.

Be prepared to mentor staff, manage rosters and stock, champion visual merchandising and safety. Previous retail leadership and a passion for outdoor gear are essential.
