Medical Receptionist || Multiple Roles Available

We are currently undertaking renovations to expand our practice and we are seeking additional team members to assist with various roles within the business.

n

We are looking for experienced Medical Receptionists for a Full-Time or Part time positions, working Monday through Friday for 7.5 hours a day between 8am to 6pm.

n

Preferred Criteria

n

n
- Receptionist experience
n
- Experience with Best Practice or Genie
n
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday between hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm
n
- Willingness to learn new procedures,



policies and medical software
n
- Ability to work autonomously and have the independence to open and close the Practice
n
- Professionalism and front desk etiquette
n
- Be a reliable team member
n

Responsibilities and Duties

n

n
- Welcoming patients and managing arrivals
n
- Handling phone and email inquiries including booking appointments
n
- Daily tasks such as opening and closing the practice
n
- Data entry, faxing and other administrative tasks
n
- Corresponding with doctors, hospitals, patients, management and fellow team members
n
- Accurately process billings which can include Medicare, Workcover, DVA, and private transactions
n

Based in Orange, Bloomfield Medical Group is home to a team of 12 General Practitioners and 5 Specialists who work closely with the reception team on a day-to-day basis. We also hold the contract for immigration medicals with BUPA as well as the after-hours Urgent Care Service.

n

Our location is neighbored by Orange Health Service, The Remington Hotel Orange & Early Rise Childcare Orange as well as having Pathology, Radiology, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Pharmacy services also on site.

n
