Painter & Decorator

For this full-time position, you will:

n

n
- Perform high-quality painting, surface preparation, and finishing on various surfaces, ensuring attention to detail and a flawless finish.
n
- Apply protective coatings, sealants, and other products according to manufacturer specifications.
n
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
n
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to maintain clear communication on progress and challenges.
n
- Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a clean and organised work environment.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum of 1 year post training experience in painting and decorating, with expertise in both interior and exterior projects.
n
- Qualifications in Painting and Decorating (Certificate III or equivalent preferred).
n
- Proven experience in commercial, residential, and/or industrial painting.
n
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n




- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
n
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
n
- Functional English
n
- Qualification may be substituted with relevant work experience as part of the Recognition of Prior Learning process.
n

n

Annual earnings for full time, permanent employees: $79,423 - $83,394 per year plus 12% Superannuation

n
