Since our inception in 2021, we have been able to establish ourselves as a credible and responsible service provider specialising in deliveringuninterrupted, high-quality support to people with disabilities with very high needs. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate services manager to independently manage the support delivery of our participants.

About You
n
As an experienced Services Manager, you will possess the following:
n
n
- Extensive understanding of NDIS Regulatory Framework
n
- A minimum of two years of work experience in the capacity of a services manager or similar supervisory role in NDIS sector
n
n
Be committed to the growth and sustainability of the business as well as the wellbeing and safety of our participants.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding and energetic environment, a highly decentralised care delivery setting with high risk and responsibilities.
n
Duties & Responsibilities
n
n
- Professionally deliver the duties as prescribed in the participant's care plan
n
- Always abide by the NDIS Code of Conduct
n
n
Below are the usual responsibilities (not limited to) a services manager would typically be expected to undertake:
n
n
- Managing the delivery of services to ensure participant goals and company objectives are achieved
n
- Facilitating the seamless onboarding of clients
n
- Preparation and authorisation of care plans and related documents
n
- Coordinating and communicating with clients, family, support network and other stakeholders
n
- Escalating important issues to the Directors
n
- Ensuring NDIS compliance in all aspects of participant's support
n
- Actively participate in internal and external audits and other quality improvement activities
n
- Actively participate in expos or other activities
n
- Developing policies to ensure high-quality care and compliance
n
- Monitoring support workers
n
- Conduct routine client visits and ensure their wellbeing
n
- Ensuring client documents are up to date and audit-ready
n
- Supervising and guiding Client liaison officer
n
- Coordinating with admin/rostering team
n
- Conducting risk assessments and implementation of risk mitigation plans
n
- Closely following up the changes in NDIS regulations and provider practice alerts and implementing the changes to ensure compliance.
n
n
Qualifications
n
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
n
3+ years' of experience either in similar field
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Other Checks
n
n
- Valid police check—less than 12 months old.
n
- Valid Working with Children Check
n
