BM Webb Industrial Property are seeking an experienced and reliable Excavator Operator to join our civil construction team. This role is suited to a safety-focused operator who takes pride in maintaining equipment and delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators safely and efficiently on a variety of projects.
n
Read and work from site plans and UTS / GPS/ machine control systems.
n
Perform daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance.
n
Work safely and efficiently as part of a construction crew.
n
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
n
Requirements:
n
Relevant operator tickets and licences.
n
Experience with final trim and detailed excavation.
n
White Card (or equivalent construction induction card).
n
Ability to read site plans and work to specifications.
n
Solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team setting. Based in Townsville, this role offers work-life balance through day shift operations, operating quality equipment.
