The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a fantastic chance to gain hands‐on exposure across both finance and fund operations. You'll be involved in refining internal processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the core activities of a dynamic funds management environment.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Maintaining and updating the fund registry
n
- Managing payments and transaction processing
n
- Performing daily and monthly reconciliations
n
- Assisting with fund reporting and compliance documentationSupporting unit pricing and ensuring data accuracy
n
- Contributing to client onboarding and transitions
n
- Leveraging technology, including AI tools, to streamline workflows

About You

n

You'll bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in funds management.

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Degree in Accounting (or currently completing)
n
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- Prior fund administration/accounting experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
n
