The Role
n
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our Resile Health Melbourne clinic on a full time or part-time basis, working Tuesday - Friday. You will provide exceptional administration and client support as well as assist with medical screening.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
- Day to day running of the clinic working closely with a small local team with extensive remote support
n
- Conducting medical screening, with appropriate training
n
- Specimen collection, including the supervision of Drug and Alcohol testing. Please note full training is provided.
n
- Reception and administration duties,
including arranging appointments
n
- Processing medical bookings
n
n
About you
n
You will have:
n
n
- Previous medical experience and/oradministration experience
n
- Enrolled nurse qualification highly regarded
n
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with great attention to detail
n
- The ability to work autonomously, or in a team environment where required
n
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group
n
- Can-do and proactive attitude
n
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
n
- The successful candidate must have the right to legally work in Australia.
