We are seeking an experienced and process-driven Property Manager to join a market-leading property management specialist company in Rhodes.

You will manage a portfolio of residential properties across Sydney's Inner West, South West, and Norwest regions. The ideal candidate is organised, resilient, and committed to following established systems and procedures to maintain a high standard of property management.

Your Role

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties in a locale.
n
- Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and quality assurance checks.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legislation,



and documented procedures.

- Deliver timely communication and proactive problem-solving.
n
- Meet established KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer service.
n
- Follow structured workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
