THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of our diverse team based across Sydney, Parramatta or Newcastle, you will help make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

As our team continues to grow, we have positions available in our claims teams where you will manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims, your focus will be on providing a high level of service and supporting injured workers to recover from workplace injury and return to work. This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Sydney, Parramatta or Newcastle offices with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week after induction training is completed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
- Provide early, timely and personal customer focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employers.
n
- Proactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within the legislation and compliance guidelines.
n
- Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
n
- Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities).
n
- Conduct claims reviews,
case conferences or face to face meetings with clients as required.

ABOUT YOU
n
n
- Previous or current Victorian Workers Compensation scheme experience or injury management background
n
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
n
- Strong PC skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes
n
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders
n
- Empathetic, resilient and solutions-focused when managing complex or sensitive situations
n
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to think creatively to overcome challenges
n
- High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills
n
n
