Enormous opportunity for a professional Finance / Business Manager.

Sunstate is looking for an experienced Business Manager (F&I;) to join our high-performing team. You will support BRP (Sea-Doo & Can-Am) and Boats sales across three stores, with volumes of up to 100 sales per month.

n

This is a genuine high-volume role with outstanding earning potential for a skilled and driven finance professional. We are a successful family-owned multi-location group based on the Sunshine Coast, with additional stores on the Fraser Coast and Gold Coast.

In this role you will

n

n
- Structure and present finance, insurance and protection products to customers
n




- Maximise penetration and profitability on every deal
n
- Work closely with the sales teams across three stores to deliver seamless customer experiences
n
- Ensure all deals are compliant and completed accurately
n
- Build strong relationships with finance providers and internal teams
n
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
n

About you

n

n
- Proven experience as a Business Manager / F&I; Manager in automotive, marine, powersports or similar high-volume retail
n
- Strong product knowledge of finance, insurance and aftermarket products
n
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
n
- Highly organised, accurate and target-driven
n
- Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining quality and compliance
n

n

This is a full-time role with primary base on the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore), supporting multiple stores.
