Bundaleer Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join us as our Clinical Care Manager. This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to shape clinical excellence, mentor an exceptional team and help older Australians remain safely and independently in their own homes.

As our Clinical Care Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership across a diverse Home Care program, ensuring safe, person-centred and evidence-based care for clients receiving Support at Home, DVA Community Nursing, NDIS and icare services.

You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead and mentor our nursing team

- Promote evidence-based practice

About you:

n

You'll be an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys leading people and improving clinical outcomes.



You'll bring:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- At least 3 years' post-graduate nursing experience
n
- Experience in aged care, community nursing or disability services (essential)
n
- Robust clinical assessment and care planning skills
n
- Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A passion for delivering exceptional care
n
